This wonderful granola makes for great snacking, in parfaits or even as cereal! I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.

¼ c. Canola Oil
¼ c. Maple Syrup
½ c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 c. Oats (NOT quick cook)**
2 c. sliced Almonds
½ c. Flax Seed
½ c. Sunflower Seeds, shelled
Pinch Salt
½ – 1 c. Shredded Coconut, optional
½ – 1 c. Dried Banana’s, optional
½ – 1 c. Dried Apricots, halved, optional
½ – 1 c. Dried Cranberries, optional
½ – 1 c. Raisins, optional

Preheat oven to 350°.
Heat oil, honey, syrup, brown sugar & vanilla in a sauce pot.
Combine oats, almonds, flax and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
Add sauce.
Stir to combine.
Spread onto a large baking sheet.
Bake 25 minutes.
Remove & allow to cool.
Break into pieces & add the coconut & dried fruit.
Stir to combine.

**NOTE: For gluten free granola use gluten free oats. Follow directions as written.
