Creamy Fudge

1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 lb. Semi Sweet Chocolate
1 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp Salt

Line an 8 x 8pan with 2 sheets of foil to hang over all sides.
Melt chocolates with the sweetened condensed milk together over medium low heat whisking constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat and add vanilla & salt.
Pour into prepared pan and chill 4 hours to over night.
Remove from pan by lifting the extra foil.
Invert onto a cutting board and peel off the foil.
Cut fudge into 8 strips.
Then cut strips into 8 equal pieces.

Yield: 64 pieces
