Pear & Apple Crisp

For the Fruit
2# Fuji Apples, peeled, cored & chunked
2# Bosc Pears. peeled, cored & chunked
1 tsp. each Lemon & Orange Zest
2 T. each Lemon & Orange Juice
½ c. Sugar
¼ c. Flour
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ground Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients & mix well.
Transfer to a large baking dish.

For the Topping
1½ c. Flour
¾ c. Sugar
¾ c. Light Brown Sugar
1 c. Oatmeal
2 sticks Butter, softened slightly & cubed

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer.
Using the paddle attachment, blend on low until combined.
Top the fruit.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
