Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1¼ c. Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
¾ tsp Ground Cinnamon
½ tsp Salt
¾ c. Butter, softened
¾ c. White Sugar
¾ c. packed Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, room temp.
1 tsp Vanilla
2¾ c. Rolled Oats
1¾ c. Raisins

Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix together flour baking soda, cinnamon & salt.
Set aside.
Cream together butter & sugars.
Add eggs & vanilla.
Blend until light & fluffy.
Slowly add flour mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden.
Cool slightly & remove to a wire rack.

NOTE: For “BIG” cookies bake 25-30 minutes.
